Requirements

• Technical training in mechanical, industrial, or process engineering.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in customer service, inside sales, or order processing within an industrial or manufacturing environment.
• Solid understanding of valves and actuation.
• Experience preparing quotes and handling orders using ERP/CRM systems.
• Proven ability to communicate technical product information effectively to customers.
