About The Position

The Applications Representative is responsible for processing rental applications as they come through. This includes processing electronic applications, verifying the accuracy of applications, conducting verifications via email and over the phone, updating customer accounts as needed, and coordinating with internal departments to find solutions and resolve matters.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED equivalency
• 3 years credit processing experience
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office applications
• Ability to consistently and timely produce quality, accurate work
• Ability to adapt to and work through challenges
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multi-task
