The ERP Applications Manager at Universal Nutrition is responsible for providing strategic and functional leadership for the management and day-to-day operations of the ERP System, Deacom, in a multi-brand environment. This role involves supporting various processes including design, configuration, testing, and deployment to ensure the system functions efficiently and meets customer needs. The manager will also oversee system support, reporting, project management, and continuous improvement initiatives.

  • Provide strategic and functional leadership for the implementation and management of ERP systems.
  • Work with internal and external stakeholders to analyze and prioritize business requirements.
  • Perform system customization and configuration to support functionality.
  • Provide expert-level support for Deacom and manage IT infrastructure systems.
  • Gather and define reporting requirements and ensure data integrity across systems.
  • Create and manage dashboards for data visualization and insights.
  • Lead and manage projects related to system enhancements and upgrades.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams for successful project delivery.
  • Manage external vendors and consultants, providing direction on ERP projects.
  • Lead continuous improvement exercises to enhance application delivery and system integrations.
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems, business administration, or related field.
  • Minimum of 5 to 8 years of experience managing ERP systems in a manufacturing environment.
  • Experience in configuration and implementation of ERP modules in finance, accounting, purchasing, production, quality, sales, and distribution.
  • Proven experience with Deacom is highly preferred.
  • Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong project management and organizational abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • $100,000 to $120,000 base salary based on experience and qualifications.
