Requirements

Basic theoretical knowledge in electrical, pneumatic, and PLC control
Minimal education required is an associates degree
One year of relevant mechanical and electrical work experience preferred
Excellent communications skills and motivated to build long term relationships with customers and colleagues
Applications Engineer has knowledge of the automation machine industry

Responsibilities

Planning and documentation of our Ultrasonic Welding Application development projects
The applications engineer is responsible for providing technical expertise to our customers
Assisting with technical trainings and customer seminars
Execute Factory Acceptance Testing, Site Acceptance Testing and customer personnel training
Providing technical support to our customers including phone/email support, on-site, and in-house customer visits
Assuming emergency and stand-by services including provision of shipping and or delivery of spare parts
