  • Collaborate with global counterparts to ensure consistent technical support across regions.
  • Build and maintain strategic customer relationships; represent Moog as a trusted technical partner.
  • Travel as required (approx. 20-25%), focused on training, urgent troubleshooting, and high‑value sales engagements.
  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or related engineering field.
  • 5-7+ years in a technical, customer‑facing role with demonstrable system‑level expertise.
  • Proven ability to provide consultative technical recommendations that optimize system performance and reliability.
  • Strong customer engagement and communication skills; collaborative team player who thrives with cross-functional engagement.
  • Excellent diagnostic and troubleshooting skills across mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical/electronic systems.
  • Clear verbal and written communication in English; additional languages a plus.
  • Hands‑on experience with servo valves (mechanical and electronic) and related system schematics and real-time applications.
  • Commercial acumen with a solutions‑selling mindset and focus on delivering measurable customer outcomes.
  • Familiarity with electronics and electronic components used in valve applications.
  • Strong system‑level understanding of how valves interact with mechanical loads, hydraulics, sensors, and controls.
