About The Position

Citibank, N.A. seeks an Applications Development Technology Lead Analyst for its Wilmington, DE location. Duties: Ensure appropriate integration of functions to meet goals. Identify and define necessary system enhancements to deploy new products and process improvements. Resolve high impact problems/projects through in-depth evaluation of complex business processes, system processes, and industry standards. Provide expertise in the area and advanced knowledge of applications programming and ensure application design adheres to the overall architecture blueprint. Utilize advanced knowledge of system flow and develop standards for coding, testing, debugging, and implementation. Provide in-depth analysis to define issues and develop innovative solutions. Appropriately assess risk, demonstrating particular consideration for the firm's reputation and safeguarding Citigroup, its clients and assets, by driving compliance with applicable laws, rules and regulations. A telecommuting/hybrid work schedule may be permitted within a commutable distance from the worksite in accordance with Citi policies and protocols.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree, or foreign equivalent, in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Information Science, Technology, or a related field, and six (6) years of experience in the job offered or in a related IT occupation performing applications development.
• Six (6) years of experience must include: Designing systems using Waterfall and Agile methodologies; Developing single web page applications and webpages using SharePoint Javascript client object model, REST API, jQuery UI, Bootstrap V5 and Appian; Utilizing full Software Development Lifecycle to design, develop, and test high-quality software and used Project Management tool like JIRA; Perform verification of Stability, Interoperability, portability, security or scalability of system architecture; and Utilizing the following languages and UI Frameworks: Net, Angular, TypeScript, Angular JS, JavaScript, and jQuery.
