About The Position

The Applications Development Technology Lead Analyst is a senior level position responsible for establishing and implementing new or revised application systems and programs in coordination with the Technology team. The overall objective of this role is to lead applications systems analysis and programming activities.

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in data visualization development as a hands on developer
• Data Visualization - Candidate must understand the value proposition of visualizing data
• Project Management - Candidate must be able to scope projects, evaluate project plans for feasibility, and monitor progress against the plan
• Communication and Influencing - Candidate must possess excellent listening skills and be able to distill and concisely articulate key messages in verbal and written form
• Experience with Data Visualization libraries/tools like D3.js, three.js, Highcharts, and more generally, SVG, HTML5 Canvas, WebGL
• Strong background in building interactive, user-friendly, visualizations displaying large, complex data sets using JavaScript (D3.js)
• Experience with JavaScript frameworks, Backbone, Angular, Ember
• Experience with SQL, ETL, data warehousing & Business Intelligence concepts required
• Experience working as part of software development teams would be beneficial.
• Domain knowledge of Capital Markets, Trading lifecycle, would be important to have
• Working experience with of NLP and ML models is a must
• Strong interpersonal and collaboration skills - strong oral, written communication, and presentations skills
• Demonstrable proficiency with Data Visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, QlikView, Power BI, Spotfile, ) or Data Visualization libraries
• Experience in developing product which hosts metrics, workflows, rules configuration etc

Nice To Haves

• Experience working as part of software development teams would be beneficial.
• Domain knowledge of Capital Markets, Trading lifecycle, would be important to have
