About The Position

Citibank, N.A. seeks an Applications Development Tech Lead Analyst for its Irving, Texas location. Duties: Perform UI development (Angular), Java, and workflow programming. Contribute to critical functionalities within the Helios Collateral system. Support Underwriters and Transaction Managers. Perform as a SME in Helios Collateral UI, WOPR functions, and related technology processes. Perform as a UI/WOPR developer in the Credit Review/WOPR integration for the Helios Collateral application. Deliver products on time and provide essential L3 support and ongoing maintenance for software components. Resolve performance issues in the system, directly supporting Underwriters in meeting critical deadlines. Work in Angular to update projects on a routine basis. Coordinate with onshore and offshore teams in order to assign tasks. Architect and implement solutions. Manage day to day SPRINT team activities. Estimate JIRA stories. Partner with multiple management teams to ensure appropriate integration of functions. Identify and define necessary system enhancements to deploy new products and process improvements. Ensure application design adheres to the overall architecture blueprint. Utilize advanced knowledge of system flow and develop standards for coding, testing, debugging, and implementation. A telecommuting/hybrid work schedule may be permitted within a commutable distance from the worksite, in accordance with Citi policies and protocols.

Requirements

  • Requires a Master’s degree, or foreign equivalent, in Computer Applications, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology or related field and 4 years of experience as a Software Engineer, Associate Consultant, Technology Lead, Analyst-Technology, Flex Developer or related position involving developing enterprise level software solutions for a financial services institution.
  • Alternatively, employer will accept a Bachelor’s degree in the listed fields and 6 years of progressively responsible, post-baccalaureate experience in the listed positions.
  • Full span of experience must include: Angular, JAVA, SQL (Database), HTML/CSS, JIRA;
  • Developing scalable code;
  • Developing coding guidelines;
  • Working with onshore and offshore teams, including third party consultants;
  • Writing test cases;
  • Using FIGMA for UX design;
  • Defining and enforcing coding standards and documentation;
  • Liaising with clients in non-technical presentations;
  • Liaising between UX and product teams in order to set design and estimates.
