About The Position

We are seeking a highly skilled Microsoft Dynamics CRM Developer to design, develop, and support an enterprise Customer Relationship Management (CRM) solution using Microsoft Dynamics 365. This role will lead the technical implementation and ongoing maintenance of the CRM platform, including integrations with other systems, with an initial focus on supporting economic and workforce development initiatives. The position involves close collaboration with business and technical teams and includes responsibility for training users on the Microsoft Dynamics platform.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field (or equivalent experience)
  • 7+ years of overall IT experience
  • 3+ years of hands-on Microsoft Dynamics CRM development
  • Proficiency with Dynamics 365 customization, JavaScript, C#, .NET, and web services
  • Experience with CRM data models, APIs/SDKs, and SQL-based data management
  • Strong problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills
  • Ability to work onsite Monday-Friday 8am to 5pm
  • Successful completion of a comprehensive criminal background check prior to assignment start
  • Applicants must be U.S. citizens or permanent residency (Green Card)

Nice To Haves

  • Experience delivering full lifecycle CRM implementations
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Power Platform and SharePoint
  • Advanced degree or equivalent professional experience

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the technical lead and subject matter expert for Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM solutions
  • Design system architecture and develop end-to-end CRM functionality
  • Customize, configure, and maintain Microsoft Dynamics CRM environments
  • Translate business requirements into technical designs and system solutions
  • Integrate Dynamics CRM with third-party applications and data sources
  • Support data migration, testing, deployment, and quality assurance activities
  • Provide ongoing technical support, training, and user guidance
