Under general supervision, this position plans and leads the technical development, implementation, and maintenance of the Microsoft Dynamics CRM tool along with integrations with other systems. We are seeking an Applications Development Expert to provide 40 hours per week on the development of a Customer Relationship Management (CRM) Tool through Microsoft Dynamics. The position will be responsible for designing and building the tool based on the requirements provided by the customer. The position will also be responsible for training employees on the use and development of the Microsoft Dynamics platform. A work from home schedule will be established with the hiring manager once onboarding and equipment issuing is completed. This individual will work a hybrid schedule, with at least 80% of their time onsite and no more than 20% of their time remote.
