About The Position

As a Senior Principal Applications Engineer, you will be responsible for designing and developing Agent-backed UI components in AI Agent Studio that encapsulate data access, reasoning, and actions. Your role will involve building reusable page patterns and blocks, such as the Advisor Panel, Subject Intelligence, and Communication Composer, which can be composed into complete applications. You will collaborate closely with product, design, and AI teams to define new agentic interaction models and ensure the seamless integration of multiple AI Agents, including Answer, Analysis, Composer, and Orchestration. Additionally, you will enable customers and partners to assemble and deploy composite applications directly to production while maintaining high standards of scalability, performance, and usability across all blocks and patterns.

Requirements

• Strong background in frontend engineering (React, TypeScript, modern UI frameworks).
• Experience with AI/LLM-based applications or agent frameworks (LangChain, AutoGen, or similar).
• Familiarity with event-driven architectures and composable software design patterns.
• Knowledge of data integration and building reasoning/action pipelines.
• Experience designing reusable component libraries.
• Strong collaboration skills and ability to work in a cross-functional team (AI scientists, designers, engineers).

Nice To Haves

• Hands-on experience with AI Agent Studio or similar agentic platforms.
• Prior work in enterprise SaaS or large-scale composable application frameworks.
• UI Component building experience will be a plus.
• Understanding of human-in-the-loop AI systems and conversational UIs.
