About The Position

Analyze, design, develop, troubleshoot and debug software programs for commercial or end-user applications. Write code, complete programming and perform testing and debugging of applications. As a member of the software engineering division, perform detailed design based on provided design or external specifications. Assist in system planning, scheduling and implementation. Analyze system specifications and existing business processes and information systems. Build enhancements (including new product features) and resolve bugs. Build and execute unit tests and unit test plans. May review integration and regression test plans created by QA. Communicate and interact with QA and porting engineering as necessary to discuss minor changes to product functionality and to ensure consistency, testability and portability across products in general. Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related technical field and 7 years of experience in the job offered or in an Applications Developer-related occupation.
  • WebLogic Server, JRockit, and JDK management including configuration, WLST scripting, administration, troubleshooting, patching, JVM sizing and performance tuning and administering cluster topologies
  • Fusion Middleware (FMW) product Suite administration, upgrade and migration operations
  • Product Suites including WebCenter Portal, WebCenter Content and Imaging, SOA Suite, Identity and Access Management Suites, BPM Suite and WebCenter Sites
  • Administering, troubleshooting and integrating via CLI and Fusion Middleware Control and planning and executing patching and major upgrades
  • Oracle Database Server including schema and object management, creating and executing SQL scripts
  • Oracle RAC and Data Guard configurations
  • Administering and maintaining Oracle products in Linux environments
  • Using Oracle Fusion Middleware Enterprise Deployment Guide as a guideline for designing security, and reliable and maintainable customer architectures
  • Developing and maintaining operations and maintenance automation scripts using shell scripting languages
  • Oracle Fusion Middleware environments and migration to different platforms and operating systems
  • Technical implementation projects for Oracle middleware
  • Configuring integration of Oracle Fusion Middleware products with Oracle Identity Management to support single-sign on features.
