You would be part of Oracle Customer Experience (CX) team that offers leading comprehensive solutions for Service. Responsibilities As a member of the software engineering division, you will perform high-level design based on provided external specifications. Specify, design and implement minor changes to existing software architecture. Build highly complex enhancements and resolve complex bugs. Build and execute unit tests and unit plans. Review integration and regression test plans created by QA. Communicate with QA and porting engineering as necessary to discuss minor changes to product functionality and to ensure quality and consistency across specific products. Responsibility: Build large-scale enterprise performant applications adhering to Oracle standards. Involve in system architecture designing and defining engineering best practices. Work with global team of technical architects, developers, QA, product owners, support engineers and other stakeholders in delivering highly reliable quality product. Efficiently collaborate with cross teams and drive successful integration and implementation. Participate in code reviews and follow agile methodology to ensure timely delivery of high quality features. Mentor new hires and other developers with focus on creating a positive work culture and building a successful and efficient team.

Requirements

  • BS/MS in Engineering/Computer Science or equivalent.
  • Proven experience as Software Developer (5+ yrs).
  • Full stack developer with exposure to all layers of application and development.
  • Extensive experience on common Design Patterns, Object Oriented design and ER modeling.
  • Proficiency in Java and J2EE.
  • Experienced in REST API development.
  • Exposure to developing web UI's using Java Script libraries and/or frameworks (HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, Angular JS, Require, Knockout, React, jQuery, NodeJS ,TypeScript etc.,)
  • Experienced in Continuous Integration and Continuous Delivery principles.
  • Experienced in SQL and RDBMS.
  • Excellent analytical and problem solving skills.
  • Experienced in trouble shooting performance issues in web based applications.
  • Knowledge of cloud platforms, technologies and deployments.
  • Knowledge of micro services architecture and container orchestration frameworks.

  • Paid time off: Flexible Vacation is provided to all eligible employees assigned to a salaried (non-overtime eligible) position.
