The primary responsibility of this position is to act as the Oracle Cloud Technical expert for the company, proactively identifying HCM system requirements and gap resolutions while working closely with HR Business Partners. This role involves advising on and supporting customer meetings, contributing to functional analysis of Oracle application projects, and providing guidance on integration and system functionality to ensure alignment with standard systems architecture. Off-hours support may be required.
