About The Position

We're looking for a detail-driven and forward-thinking RPA Architect to help shape the future of automation within our organization. The ideal candidate will bring hands-on expertise in designing, developing, and deploying automation solutions, with a strong focus on UiPath. Requirements

  • H.S. Diploma or GED required
  • 10 years major system design & implementation experience required
  • Bachelor's degree will substitute four (4) years of work experience. Master's degree will substitute for two (2) years of work experience. Up to two (2) years of clinical patient care and/or clinical research experience may substitute for up to two (2) years of information systems experience on a month-to-month basis.
  • 2-5 years of professional experience in RPA development preferred
  • Strong proficiency in UiPath (Studio, Orchestrator, and Robot components) preferred
  • UiPath Certified RPA Developer Required

Nice To Haves

  • Master's degree in science preferred
  • Management or project leadership preferred
  • Experience with UiPath Document Understanding is highly preferred
  • UiPath Certified Solutions Architect Preferred
  • UiPath Certified Advanced RPA Developer Preferred

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and analyze automation requirements.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement and recommend automation strategies.
  • Design, develop, and implement RPA solutions using UiPath to automate business processes.
  • Conduct testing, debugging, and troubleshooting to ensure successful deployments.
  • Prepare and maintain technical documentation, process maps, and operational support materials.
  • Collaborate with IT and business teams to ensure security, compliance, and governance of automation solutions.
  • Provide production support, including monitoring and resolving incidents related to RPA workflows.
  • Maintain and enhance existing RPA solutions for performance and scalability.
  • Train and mentor team members in RPA tools and techniques.
