The engineer will also provide technical support during the sales process, including product demonstrations, proof of concept development, and responding to technical inquiries. Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical field.
  • Proven experience in a technical sales or applications engineering role.
  • Strong understanding of the product technologies relevant to the company’s offerings.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with customers and sales teams.
  • Ability to analyze complex technical problems and develop practical solutions.

  • Engage with customers to gather and analyze technical requirements and application needs.
  • Develop and present customized product solutions that address specific customer challenges.
  • Collaborate with sales teams to create effective sales strategies and technical proposals.
  • Conduct product demonstrations, proof of concept trials, and technical training sessions for customers and internal teams.
  • Provide ongoing technical support and troubleshooting assistance throughout the sales cycle.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, competitor products, and emerging technologies.
  • Document customer interactions, technical requirements, and solution designs accurately in CRM systems.
  • Participate in trade shows, conferences, and customer meetings to promote products and gather market intelligence.
