Position Overview: We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Application Analyst! The Applications Analyst is responsible for ensuring on-time configuration, testing, documentation, implementation, maintenance and end user satisfaction associated with New Avenues’ core software systems. Key activities may include defining functional specifications and configuring the software applications. Other activities include creating/maintaining reports and dashboards, staff training, client training, end user support, and application administration. Additional responsibilities include troubleshooting and problem resolution for current and future functionality of both client and staff software. Determine client technology needs, requirements and available solutions. Software includes: Client Care, HR/Payroll, Financials, Microsoft Office and other department-specific applications. Applications Analyst is also responsible for training and administration of Ring cameras, Nest thermostat and other client assistive technology.
