Responsible for enhancing, supporting, and maintaining applications and identity access management systems. Coordinates the analysis, development, and integration of new functionality and IAM requirements, including logical access control for person and non-person entities. Builds, tests, and implements new features, maintenance changes, and fixes. Create and maintain test scripts. Develops, plans, and executes testing for supported applications. Analyzes, diagnoses, and implements system and process changes. Ensures system changes follow change management procedures and protocols. Works with cross-functional teams to improve operations, interoperability, and staff processes, and acts as a subject matter expert on assigned projects. Act as application SME when assigned to project teams. Protects Cooper information by ensuring appropriate access to data and provides frontline technical support to users. Responsible for template build and modification for applications and IAM systems. Consistently meets project deadlines and goes the extra mile to ensure dates are met. Troubleshoots and researches issues impacting systems.
