This position will focus on deploying and configuring the county's new ERP (Tyler Technologies Munis) system. This system will be implemented across the county, facilitating interconnected data and seamless workflows between departments. Its goal is to boost operational efficiency and support data-driven decision-making. The role is essential for utilizing technology to improve business processes, guide strategic decisions, and manage the implementation of data systems. Strong technical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to collaborate effectively with other teams are required. Applications Administrator II are distinguished from Applications Administrator I by their specialized knowledge and experience with enterprise-level software and application functionality. Further, Applications Administrators II function as a hybrid between a systems administrator and a database administrator, requiring knowledge related to the design, implementation, and maintenance of both databases and servers. This position reports to the IT Manager or designee. Responsibilities may require working evenings and weekends, sometimes with little advanced notice.
