OCCASIONAL TRAVEL REQUIRED As an Application Trainer, you will play a key role in supporting new and existing Bold Group customers as they learn to use our software. You'll deliver engaging training sessions focused on system setup, day-to-day operations, and best practices. Your responsibilities include guiding customers through standard training programs, leading admin and end-user sessions, assisting with data validation walkthroughs, and helping ensure a smooth onboarding experience. You’ll work closely with internal teams to align training content with project milestones and customer needs. The Application Trainer is responsible for delivering engaging, effective training to new and existing customers using our alarm monitoring and business management software. This role supports successful onboarding and product adoption by providing clear instruction, user-focused learning experiences, and essential product knowledge across our suite of solutions.
