About The Position

This role requires in-depth knowledge of assigned system software and cross-functional applications. Conducts regular day-to-day communication, reviews software, demonstrates a deeper understanding of business operations. Works with subject matter experts and end users to tailor the system to fit the organization's needs. Performs analysis of workflows, data collection, and other technical issues associated with the use of the application software. Is responsible for design, build, testing and maintaining those solutions. Ensures standards of practice for existing and planned systems remain compatible within IT Infrastructure and other software applications. Implements and abides by Customer Service Standards.

Requirements

Associate degree in related field or equivalent work experience required, bachelor's degree preferred.
3 years or more of related application build experience
2 years minimum of build experience within responsible software applications. Specific knowledge, certifications, and licensure will apply at the position level
Software Application/module certification or proficiency in a minimum of 1 software application or system and/or in good standing with the software vendor upon hire.
Technical expert in Information systems, business applications and/or EHR applications
Ability to explain or demonstrate technology in a manner suited to the audience (i.e. business, clinical or technical staff)
Experience developing technical and system design specifications and build system solutions

Nice To Haves

Previous experience in information technology and/or electronic health record software preferred.
