Application System Analyst for Ambulatory Foundation
About The Position
The Application System Analyst III provides a senior-level ability to evaluate, plan, design, and configure software application systems. This position leads the team in analyzing, testing, troubleshooting and maintaining installed systems and supporting users. The position oversees the creation of documentation to support system design, testing and training. The position will also lead in the management of customer expectations and customer interactions and is well-seasoned in mentoring to improve the service quality for the team. Top candidates will have Epic experience as clinical/non-clinical end user and/or Epic certifications in Ambulatory, Compass Rose, OTX, etc.
Requirements
- Associates degree with 3 years’ experience in information technology or healthcare OR 5 years’ experience in information technology or healthcare.
- Required certifications for role will be obtained within a 6 month timeframe from date of hire and limited to 3 test attempts per certification
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Solid computer skills, including proficiency with Microsoft software.
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills, with the ability to be detail oriented.
Nice To Haves
- Completion of a Bachelor's Degree with concentration in Business Administration, Computer Science, Healthcare or other closely related field.
- Experience with key OSF applications.
- Certification in related application portfolio
- Epic experience as clinical/non-clinical end user and/or Epic certifications in Ambulatory, Compass Rose, OTX, etc.
