Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical production issues.
• Assess source code when needed to diagnose problems.
• Lead cross-functional efforts during incidents, configuration changes, feature deployments, and new product rollouts.
• Perform code upgrades with minimal supervision.
• Identify and document best practices.
• Recommend and implement process improvements.
• Maintain and update Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
