This individual is accountable for the following systems: Active Directory, VMware, Citrix, Cisco Systems, Microsoft Client & Server Operating Systems (Win 2022/2019/2016/2012 Server & Win 10/11), Office 365, SOTI, and TCP/IP connectivity.
