Our innovative software solutions are used by over 2,000 customers in all 50 states and 5 other countries. Our software enables customers to efficiently manage their accounts payable processing through workflow automation, document management, and accounting system integration. Our products have wide ranging tech stacks that include desktop, SaaS, and mobile offerings. We are looking for an Application Support Specialist to help customers troubleshoot and get the most out of our software. In this role, you'll answer customer questions, diagnose software issues, and work with our development team to improve the product. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys problem-solving and wants to grow in the software industry. Location Requirement: This position requires the employee to work from our Baton Rouge office and reside in the Baton Rouge metropolitan area. Remote work and relocation assistance are not available for this role.
