About The Position

As an Application Support Analyst, you will provide frontline user support across multiple systems. You will work closely with our IT/IS team members and members of the business operations to investigate problems with production systems and other ancillary software systems to resolve them in a timely manner. You will also work to help implement new systems, and contribute to our overall objective of improving business performance through system optimization and training.

Requirements

• Technical Degree and 1-3 years' experience or equivalent experience work experience.
• Experience working in and supporting distribution and manufacturing operations in a consumer packaged goods company.
• Business Central, Infios/Korber/Highjump preferable.
• Technical documentation is a plus.
• Microsoft Environment & Office Suite.
• Excellent Oral and Written Communication Skills.
• Must be able to effectively deal with people at all levels of the organization.
• Self-motivated and eager to learn.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs. on a regular basis.

Responsibilities

• Provide user support across multiple applications, most specifically, our ERP system, Business Central 14, our WMS system, Ifios (Aka Korber/HighJump), and other business related systems.
• Assist in system integrations and various system implementations, i.e. design, execution, testing, documentation.
• Coordinate and manage vendor support and tasks.
• Follow all company safety policies and procedures including food safety and Good Manufacturing Practices.
• Perform other job duties as assigned.
• Travel to other sites.
• Must be able to work a flexible schedule including on an on-call basis to respond to off-hours support issues.
• Maintain current knowledge of existing technologies through ongoing research and training.
