Our work depends on an Application Support Manager joining our team to analyze design, develop, implement, and support code for our government customer, the United States Postal Service.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related technical discipline preferred, or an additional 4 years of relevant work experience if no degree.
  • 5+ years of IT security experience and application of PAM solutions towards identity and access management efforts.
  • Strong demonstrated experience in large enterprise IT environments.
  • Specific technical knowledge and experience with tools such as Beyond Trust, Okta, SCIM integration, Splunk, Windows and Linux system administration, Python scripting, and directory services including Active Directory.

Nice To Haves

  • Relevant technical certifications (CISSP, CISA, CISM, GIAC, RHCE, CPTE, or CEH).
  • Strong oral and written communication skills.
  • Ability to prepare and interpret flowcharts.
  • Ability to build & maintain schedules and step-by-step action plans.
  • Strong interpersonal and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

  • Implement USPS cybersecurity strategies protecting digital identities within the network, connected assets, hosted applications, and data within the IT environment.
  • Track, manage, liaise, and coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to develop and implement solutions.
