M9 Solutions is seeking an Application Support Engineer to work on-site in support of a government contract for a client located in Arnold, MO. An active TS/SCI clearance is required.
Responsibilities
Responsible for the day-to-day operation of customer application and monitoring/investigation of segment interfaces.
Under the direction of the client Site Lead, this role is responsible for working with on-site database and system administration support personnel to convey and investigate system anomalies.
Additional responsibilities to include investigation into operational issues and performing problem escalation with vendor, factory, on-site and east coast based Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) as required.
Required Skills and Qualifications
TS/SCI security with polygraph clearance.
Bachelor's degree and 4 years of work experience or 8+ years of direct experience may be considered in lieu of a degree.
4 - 8 years of experience in a systems administration or operational support role.
Working knowledge of networks, network infrastructure, and common components.
Understand principles of SQL query language.
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal are required.
Must be able to work well in a team environment and be self-motivated.
Current Security+ Certification.
Have previous experience with LINUX based operating systems.
Previous System Administrator experience.
Willing to work in a 24x7 operational environment on the day shift or the night shift.

Salary Range
$60,000—$180,000 USD
