Time To Pet, a DaySmart company, is the leading software for in-home pet care providers. As we scale, we're seeking an Application Support Developer to play a critical role in maintaining and improving our platform's quality and performance. This role is ideal for a developer who thrives in troubleshooting, refining application stability, and gaining deep expertise in an established codebase. You'll collaborate closely with customer support, product, and engineering teams to triage defects, enhance system reliability, and contribute to our overall development efforts. This is a hybrid role (2-3 days in office) based out of our Austin, Texas office to foster close collaboration with the Time To Pet team.
