About The Position

As an Application Support Analyst at OMP, you will play a crucial role in optimizing the supply chains of some of the world's leading companies through our innovative software and services. Your primary responsibility will be to address customer tickets that come in through your first-line colleagues, utilizing your technical expertise to solve complex problems. You will take ownership of the issues assigned to you, ensuring that you communicate the implemented solutions effectively to your customers. Your role will require you to find the most suitable solutions by leveraging your acquired technical knowledge and specific expertise in our planning solutions. Additionally, you will be responsible for updating the Customer Services knowledge base to document our expertise and maintain a strong network within your team and the company to find optimal solutions for our customers. In this position, you will be part of the Customer Services team, which is dedicated to ensuring business continuity. The team proactively solves issues before they escalate into problems and ensures the smooth maintenance and upgrades of our systems. Your ability to balance your time, prioritize tasks, and manage incoming tickets will be essential in maintaining an overview of your responsibilities while providing excellent customer service. We are looking for a candidate who possesses a master's degree or equivalent experience, along with a solid IT background and at least 5 years of experience in a software or application support role. Strong professional communication skills in English, a passionate problem-solving attitude, and a strong analytical mindset are essential for success in this role. You should be a friendly and communicative team player, capable of multi-tasking and working in a structured manner within a dynamic and complex environment.
