About The Position
The purpose of this classification is to provide application and desktop support for the Cobb County Department of Transportation. This classification is distinguished from Application Support Analyst I in that incumbents in this class may assist the project manager in overseeing work groups, take the lead for major system upgrades, and provide direct user support for the most complex enterprise applications used by the County. Must be able to demonstrate proficiency in performance of the essential functions and learn, comprehend, and apply all County or departmental policies, practices, and procedures necessary to function effectively in the position.
