Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science/information systems, or equivalent.
  • 7+ years of IT experience with a background in development or operations support.
  • Direct experience in Windows Systems Administration and/or Windows development.
  • Experience with CA Server Automation, Windows, SQL servers and databases.
  • Experienced in Agile and DevOps environments.
  • Good understanding of data communications protocols such as TCP/IP.
  • Strong analytical problem-solving ability.
  • Solid experience scripting in PowerShell.
  • Ability to work off hours/weekends and 24x7 on-call when required.
  • Maintain and/or create technical support documentation.

Nice To Haves

  • 5+ years' experience with software automation technologies.
  • ATM application knowledge.
  • Exposure to automated testing and willingness to master and implement.
  • Willingness to learn and maintain legacy applications.
  • Basic knowledge of Linux.
  • Knowledge of Azure.

Responsibilities

  • Support utilities and applications for managing services configurations.
  • Address client/vendor/internal escalated requests for assistance.
  • Engage with implementation teams on the build-out of applications.
  • Provide business continuity support for the Cash and Logistics products.
  • Perform CA Server Automation which includes CA ITCM.
  • Troubleshoot Windows systems within non-production and production multi-tier environments.
  • Create application monitoring scripts and automate alerts for log file problems.
  • Recommend performance and infrastructure capacity improvements.
  • Review turnover artifacts to ensure completion prior to executing production installs.
  • Support applications that support the Managed Services ATM fleet and Cash and Logistics.
  • Coordinate cross-functional departments to identify project issues and monitor action items.
  • Ensure monitoring alerts and system events are risk assessed and prioritized.
  • Demonstrate critical thinking and provide options and recommendations for resolving issues.
