About The Position
The Application Support Administrator acts as a resource for the IT Service Desk Team which provides infrastructure support to all lines of business at MFA Oil Company. This infrastructure includes desktops, laptops, handheld's, servers, and PC-based point of sale (POS) systems. This role provides research and analysis of technology and process improvement for computer equipment, applications, training, and management of the centralized c-store POS configuration manager system. This role also supports company network administrators for all location-based network communications systems including routers, switches, cabling systems, and telephony systems.
