About The Position

Hybrid Cloud (Containers & Virtualization) creates customer-facing and field-enablement assets that accelerate adoption of VM and container solutions. The role validates and documents repeatable solution patterns (with guidance from senior engineers/architects as needed) and translates them into practical deliverables, including presentations, technical briefs, videos, blogs, and training modules. Partners with application teams to identify deployment complexities and application-specific requirements on VM and container platforms. Works closely with product management and field teams to incorporate feedback and keep content aligned to releases and real customer needs. This role executes within an established Hybrid Cloud solution roadmap and works under guidance for complex architecture decisions.

Requirements

  • Field/customer-facing experience (Pre-Sales, solution engineering, customer success, partner engineering, or similar).
  • Working knowledge of data protection concepts for VMs and containers (backup/restore, snapshots, immutability, recovery workflows, ransomware resilience).
  • Social media experience (e.g., LinkedIn, community forums) to amplify HPE messaging and increase reach/engagement of published assets.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Information Technology, Computer Science, or related discipline (or equivalent practical experience).
  • Kubernetes certifications, such as CKA and/or CKAD; OpenShift certifications, such as Red Hat Certified Specialist in OpenShift Administration (or comparable).

Responsibilities

  • Working knowledge of container and virtualization fundamentals (core concepts, architecture, and common deployment/operations patterns).
  • Demonstrated ability to create clear customer-facing and enablement content (slides, technical briefs, videos/screen recordings, blogs, and training).
  • Familiarity with AI tools used to accelerate research, content creation/editing, troubleshooting, and automation (with appropriate verification and quality control).
  • Ability to collaborate across teams, take direction, and deliver iterative improvements based on review and feedback.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, including presenting to technical audiences.
