The position is focused on developing augmented solutions (Mendix, Solution Link, Explorer) for the Growth Markets. We are currently moving more of our tools and go to market methodology to Siemens solutions. These solutions are based on business processes associated with each of these industries and much of the content for the scenarios paired with these needs to be evolved. For each of these there are key metrics we need to better understand and define. It is very important to understand what pain points and challenges they are experiencing in their day-to-day activities. To fully comprehend this, we must be well versed in the mega trends the industry is facing today. In addition, many customers are interested in modernizing their end-to-end Product Life Cycle, but are not clear on how to justify value to Enterprise and/or Board key stakeholders. Value is more than just revenue and savings today. Employee experience and retention are equally important and digital transformation can create value in all these areas.
