Responsibilities

• Define and implement overall test automation strategy across applications, APIs, databases, and ETL processes.
• Design, build, and maintain scalable test automation frameworks using Robot Framework, Selenium, and other tools.
• Develop test plans, test cases, and automation scripts to validate functional, integration, regression, and performance aspects.
• Collaborate with development, DevOps, and QA teams to integrate automation into CI/CD pipelines.
• Perform ETL and database validation, ensuring data accuracy, transformation rules, and reporting correctness.
• Evaluate, recommend, and implement new tools/technologies to improve automation efficiency.
• Mentor QA engineers on automation best practices and framework usage.
• Drive continuous improvement in testing processes, quality metrics, and automation coverage.
