NetImpact Strategies, Inc. is seeking to hire an Application Programmer to support a Federal Agency . This role is located 100% onsite in Fort Sam Houston, TX. Candidate must be eligible for a Public Trust Clearance. Key Responsibilities: Design , develop, code, test, debug, and document software applications based on specifications from engineers and technical architects. Analyze business needs and oversee all phases of application system development, from analysis to implementation. Design and develop web pages, user interface features, animations, and special effects to enhance the organization’s online presence. Develop and maintain websites aligned with organizational goals, ensuring seamless front-end user interfaces and backend database connectivity. Update, repair, and enhance existing programs while evaluating and implementing user-requested system changes and improvements. Modi fy and maintain clinical and administrative systems to ensure efficient data organization, storage, retrieval, and processing. Develop security measures and maintain database integrity while conducting feasibility studies for potential system modifications. Research and implement state-of-the-art technologies to improve applications and system functionalities. Implement and document best practices for system development, ensuring adherence to industry standards and security protocols.

  • Four (4) years of progressive experience in application development and programming.
  • Bachelor’s degree and/or equivalency.
  • Candidate must be eligible for a Public Trust Clearance.
  • Ability to work onsite at Fort Sam Houston, TX.
  • IAT II certification, compliant with DoD 8570.01-M requirements. (CCNA-Security, GICSP, GSE, Security+ CE, SSCP, CySA+ )
  • Computing Environment (CE)
  • Experience with modern web development frameworks and technologies.
  • Strong understanding of user experience (UX) and user interface (UI) principles.
  • Previous Federal Consulting Experience.
