In this position you will help facilitate a great customer experience throughout the application process, while allowing sales representatives to focus on selling the BILL S&E product. As an Application Process Manager, you will own the day‑to‑day support of BILL Spend & Expense applications that power our customers’ onboarding and ongoing usage. You’ll act as the primary point of contact for application‑related questions and issues, partnering closely with cross‑functional teams to ensure our workflows are efficient, compliant, and deliver an exceptional customer experience.
