  • Provide escalated incident support for Boomi errors from the L1 Ops team.
  • Determine root causes of issues through understanding document flows for Boomi integrations.
  • Create operational L1 support documentation to assist the team with recovery steps and alerts.
  • Conduct licensing analysis and reporting in Boomi environments.
  • Lead efforts to optimize the integration environment.
  • Collaborate with business, functional, and technology stakeholders to understand operational complexities and strategic objectives.
  • Participate in agile scrum rituals including sprint planning and daily stand-ups.
  • Engage in integration and acceptance testing across Peloton systems.
  • Support systems like WMS and TMS as needed.
  • Utilize an analytical approach to prioritize problems and drive outcomes.
  • Communicate insights effectively to non-technical audiences and leaders.
  • Boomi Developer Certified
  • Good understanding of integration architecture options such as SoA, EDI, and APIs
  • Firm understanding of RCA framework and attention to detail
  • Experience with performance tuning optimization within Boomi
  • Well versed in production deployments and integration management
  • Functional experience with Supply Chain transactions, such as sales orders or SKU master data management
  • Hands-on experience with integration platforms such as Boomi, Mulesoft, Anypoint, Pentaho, or Informatica (Boomi preferred)
  • Experience with operational reporting and data visualization tools such as DataDog
