The Application Performance Monitoring System Administrator will manage, maintain and support an enterprise level Appdynamics SaaS monitoring tool installation. You will act as an Appdynamics and APM (application performance monitoring) Subject Matter Expert, configure and maintain Appdynamics, analyze performance data, and provide insights to improve monitoring of Medline applications. As part of the Service Management Office, your primary goal is availability. In your role as Appdynamics SME, you will identify and help resolve application issues and outages, train team members and users on using Appdynamics, and work with Cisco to identify, report on, and resolve issues. You will also maintain a working knowledge of competing APM products in the industry to help ensure Medline is taking a best-in-class approach to APM. This is a Work-From-Home position. You will be required to be on site 1 day per month.
