The Application Pentest Operations Manager will drive application vulnerability assessment program as services to the global business. This role involves leading the planning, execution, and operational delivery of internal and external application penetration tests, managing a team of application security testers, and developing standardized methodologies and reporting templates. The manager will interface with development, DevOps, and product teams to communicate findings and drive remediation, build and maintain metrics and dashboards, and act as a subject matter expert for complex application pentesting engagements. Additionally, the role includes managing third-party pentest vendors and integrating AI-powered tools into pentesting workflows.
