About The Position
We are currently seeking a Application Management Specialist to join our team in PLANO, Texas (US-TX), United States (US). Monitors and maintains applications and restores services for end users. Analyzes software and platform problems and coordinates workable solutions. Manages, resolves and documents issues and events related to system and environment availability using a ticketing system as well as project required documentation. Perform system changes including planning and scheduling, coordination and deploying. Ensures availability and performance of systems and application environments through proactive as well as reactive analysis and maintenance. Propose and implements systems enhancements that will improve the reliability and performance of the system.
