About The Position

We are seeking a highly motivated and technically adept Application Lab Manager who will serve as a strategic partner to our customers. This role transcends traditional sales, requiring a deep understanding of application development, laboratory operations, and a keen ability to translate customer challenges into innovative technical solutions. The successful candidate will leverage the full capabilities of our Marlborough Application Laboratory to drive customer success and foster long-term, collaborative relationships. What you will accomplish together with us: Proactively diagnose customer technical challenges and propose customized solutions utilizing the application lab's expertise and resources. Oversee the maintenance and calibration of laboratory equipment to ensure optimal functionality. Develop and implement laboratory protocols and procedures to ensure safety and compliance with regulatory standards. Coordinate research projects and collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve project goals. Monitor laboratory inventory and procure necessary supplies and materials. Analyze data and prepare reports to communicate findings to stakeholders. Foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation within the laboratory. Ensure the laboratory is equipped with the latest technologies and methodologies to support application development. What will convince us: Bachelors degree in a relevant scientific field Minimum 3+ years of experience in Laboratory Management, Product Development, or Application Specialist 2 years of SFDC and Tableau Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal. We Value: Masters degree in a relevant scientific field preferred Strong leadership and team management skills. Requirements

Bachelors degree in a relevant scientific field
