As an Application Integration Engineer, you will play a crucial role in designing, developing, and implementing software solutions that support and optimize business processes. We have physical offices in Austin, TX and Tampa, FL, if you prefer a hybrid option.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of integration or software engineering experience focused on business and IT system integrations
  • Strong programming skills in Java, C#, Python, or JavaScript.
  • Database expertise in SQL and data modeling.
  • Experience with web development frameworks (Angular, React, Django) and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
  • Familiarity with enterprise systems such as ERP, CRM, and HRIS, including system integrations.
  • Strong problem-solving and communication skills, with the ability to work independently or collaboratively across teams.

Nice To Haves

  • Hands-on experience with AI/ML technologies and automation solutions.
  • Knowledge of AI frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or scikit-learn.
  • Ability to develop and integrate AI models into business applications.
  • Understanding of NLP and computer vision concepts.

Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, test, and deploy custom software applications to address business challenges and improve operational efficiency.
  • Develop and maintain technical documentation, including specifications, design documents, and user manuals.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to business applications, including bug fixes and performance optimization.
  • Conduct regular code reviews and implement best practices to ensure scalability, security, and performance of applications.
  • Identify opportunities for process automation and optimization; build innovative solutions to streamline business operations.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate business applications with existing systems such as ERP, CRM, and BI tools.
  • Work closely with stakeholders to ensure seamless data flow and alignment with business needs.
