Our Software Engineering Team is responsible for the Salesforce Sales, Agent Console & Field Management Applications for GFiber. This role will provide the strategic and technical leadership necessary to maximize the platform's potential, ensuring it is scalable, secure, and performs optimally to meet the demands of rapid business growth. The role is critical in driving operational excellence and digital transformation across the organization. Role Description The Salesforce Application Engineering Manager is a hands-on leader who bridges technical architecture with people management. You will be responsible for the technical direction, development, and delivery of our enterprise Salesforce platform. This involves fostering a high-performing and collaborative engineering environment, mentoring team members, and driving the adoption of modern software development best practices within the Salesforce ecosystem. You will work closely with Product Managers, Solution Architects, and business stakeholders to translate complex requirements into robust and scalable technical solutions that align with the long-term business roadmap. In this role, you'll: Lead and mentor a high-performing team of Salesforce Developers and Engineers, focusing on career development, technical growth, and day-to-day delivery execution. Drive the architectural vision and technical roadmap for the Salesforce platform (e.g., Sales Cloud, Service Cloud) and its integrated applications, prioritizing scalability, security, and performance. Collaborate with Product Management, business analysts, and cross-functional stakeholders to translate complex business needs into prioritized, scalable technical solutions. Oversee the design, development, and deployment of complex programmatic Salesforce solutions and integrations with other enterprise systems (e.g., ERP, Billing).
