Requirements

  • An undergraduate student graduating in 2027 or 2028 pursuing a degree in Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Environmental Engineering, Chemistry, Environmental Science, Biology, Physics, or Mathematics
  • Hands-on lab experience gained through academic laboratory courses
  • Proficiency in statistical analysis for interpreting experimental data and identifying trends
  • Strong problem-solving abilities with a methodical and analytical approach

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with the Applications Engineering (AE) team in Santa Clara to support advanced electronics applications
  • Optimize dispense patterns and parameters to improve process efficiency and product performance
  • Assist in the creation and expansion of a large dataset for the core structural bonding portfolio
  • Support the evaluation and implementation of new dispensing equipment and technologies
  • Work closely with Product Development teams to contribute to the formulation and testing of new adhesive products
  • Participate in regular customer visits and technical discussions to gather feedback and support application development
