Requirements

• A rising junior or rising senior graduating in 2027 or 2028 pursuing a degree in Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Environmental Engineering, Chemistry, Environmental Science, Biology, Physics, or Mathematics.
• Hands-on lab experience gained through academic laboratory courses.
• Proficiency in statistical analysis for interpreting experimental data and identifying trends.
• Strong problem-solving abilities with a methodical and analytical approach.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with a strong Applications Engineering (AE) team in Santa Clara to support advanced electronics applications.
• Optimize dispense patterns and parameters to improve process efficiency and product performance.
• Assist in the creation and expansion of a large dataset for the core structural bonding portfolio.
• Support the evaluation and implementation of new dispensing equipment and technologies.
• Work closely with Product Development teams to contribute to the formulation and testing of new adhesive products.
• Participate in regular customer visits and technical discussions to gather feedback and support application development.
