About The Position

The Application Engineer position at Johnson Controls involves providing sales support to District Sales Managers by crafting quotations, managing orders, and ensuring customer satisfaction for Frick Refrigeration Systems. Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in mechanical, electrical, or chemical engineering preferred, or an associate degree with related experience.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in a sales engineering/support role.
• Good working knowledge of industrial refrigeration equipment and systems.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Suite Applications (Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint) and Internet software.

Responsibilities

• Provide written quotations in response to customer needs for Frick equipment.
• Translate customer requirements into Frick Refrigeration Systems paperwork for order submission.
• Follow up with customers on service and billing problems to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Work with Frick Refrigeration Systems home office to establish pricing and information where required.
