About The Position

Summer 2026 Internship - May 26 - August 14 Must be currently enrolled full time in a university degree program pursing a bachelor or master degree in Computer Science or Electrical Engineering. Must not have graduated before September 2026 Assist with the proof-of-concept application development of Renesas SOC products in the next generation of automotive and industrial end equipment. Hands-on support solving customer technical issues with the use of Renesas SoC products. Collaborate internally with global engineering teams in product requirement analysis, technical reviews, benchmarking, and troubleshooting efforts. Extend practical knowledge and experience in automotive/industrial technologies and the semiconductor industry including automated driving, advanced driver assist system, in-vehicle infotainment and cluster, AI Edge computation and tools.

Requirements

Candidates must be major in Computer Science or Electrical Engineering for a bachelor's or higher degree. Must not have graduated before September 2026
Excellent interpersonal skills are mandatory.
Must be a team player to contribute to innovative projects.
Passionate about new technologies, eager to apply academic knowledge to deal with real world problems.
Strong Programming skills in C, C++, Python.
GPA 3.0+.
