As an Application Engineer III, you will be responsible for production support and associated tasks, including monitoring individual queues, updating tickets as per SLA, and collaborating with stakeholders to ensure effective resolution of issues. You will analyze, debug, and troubleshoot software programs and applications, perform timely fixes for software errors, and participate in software upgrades, revisions, and patches. Additionally, you will maintain and provide production support for existing systems, engage with various stakeholders for ticket updates, and guide developers on design, development, and deployment issues. You will also build and maintain a document repository with global partners and provide on-call production support.
